#17 back to the book

I think Empathy would be the most important skill to develop because it helps us look at other peoples situations and points of view. By being empathetic you are already making a move from me to we. To understand another persons situation is to be empathetic. To care about another and to identify one self through another person is to be empathetic. With this said empathy is a big part of moving your perspective to others rather then yourself. It takes selfless in order for humans to be empathetic and this task seems to be hard in the world we are in now. Seeing what another person is going through and have that connection with them will allow the person to see the big picture. If you can empathize with on person it will allow you to see the world in that same way.
