#1 your definition of leadership

My definition of leadership would be people that take intiative and step up when the time is right. This could be for a country that needs help, the organization, the charity, or even a school event. Leadership is knowing how to work with others and make important decisions when the time is right. It's about having a goal or passion and working with others to accomplish this goal.
